I am a Mechanical Engineer who has Eosinophilic Esophagitis, Celiac, and Endometriosis. My food allergies include gluten, dairy, eggs, shellfish, and glyphosate (pesticide). I started the food allergy review channel Eating Well with Rochelle my junior year of college to help bring the joy of food back to others with food restrictions. I love to try new restaurants and brands to share with everyone! My hobbies include travelling, playing the flute, and weightlifting!
