I'll admit that this recipe is nothing groundbreaking, but I wanted to highlight two amazing brands that go together so well. There are tons of gluten free cracker options that don't hit all the bases: taste, texture, and price - but Jilz Crackerz hits all those categories! I'm guilty of eating them plain because they have such a great flavor, but what I love the most is that they actually have the consistency of crackers without being too crumbly (like so many gluten free products). Add to that the creamy, deliciously rich flavor of Miyoko's cheese wheels, and you will forget that you are eating a gluten free, vegan treat!
Jilz Crackerz and Miyoko's Cheese Platter Recipe
Cook Time: 2 minutes
Yield: 1 serving
1 packet of Jilz Crackerz*
1/4 Miyoko's Smoked Farmhouse Cheese Wheel
Fruit of Choice (I used a cut up fruit leather because I'm out of fresh fruit)
1. Gather all the ingredients
2. Cut out the cheese from the cheese wheel
3. Wash the fruit (if applicable)
4. Plate everything to look beautiful
