Post-Workout Protein Shake Recipe

It is gluten free, vegan, non-GMO, and packed full of 35g of plant based protein!


Post-Workout Protein Shake Recipe:

Prep Time: 2-5 minutes

Cook Time: 1 minute

Yield: 1 smoothie



















Ingredients:

1 scoop of Natreve Vegan Protein Powder (My favorite is their Fudge Brownie Sundae* flavor)

2 tbsp of PBFit Peanut Butter Powder*

8 oz of your favorite non-dairy milk (I love Califia Farms*)

1 banana

Handful of ice (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Measure out all ingredients into the blender

  2. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth

  3. Pour into your cup and enjoy!
